Travel Services
Tour Packages and Membership Plans
- All travel services are subject to our Cancellation Policy
- No returns or refunds for services already utilized or commenced
- Membership plans are non-refundable once activated
- Digital products and services are non-returnable
Unused Services
- Unused tour services may be eligible for credit towards future bookings
- Credit validity is subject to membership plan terms
- Cash refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy
Physical Products
Brochures and Marketing Materials
- Physical brochures and materials can be returned within 7 days
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
Gift Items and Merchandise
- Returnable within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or invoice required
- Excludes personalized or custom items

- Original Payment Method: Refunds credited to the original payment method
- Bank Transfer: For payments made via bank transfer or demand draft
- Credit Note: For future bookings or membership renewals

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Damaged Items
- Report defects within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photographs and detailed description
- Replacement or full refund will be provided
- Return shipping costs covered by Future Destination
- All defective claims subject to inspection
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same value or higher
- Price difference will be charged or credited accordingly
- Exchange requests must be made within return window
- Subject to availability of replacement items
International Returns
- International customers responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
