1. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the tour departure date:

1. 60 days or more: 10% of tour cost
2. 30-59 days: 50% of tour cost
3. 15-29 days: 75% of tour cost
4. Less than 15 days: 100% of tour cost (No Refund)

2. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@futuredes.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Tour Cancellation by Company

If the company cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.
