Cancellation Charges
At Future Destination, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the cancellation charges below:

How to Cancel
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@futuredes.com
- Phone cancellations will not be accepted
- Cancellation request must include booking ID and reason
- Cancellations are effective only after written confirmation from our team
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may apply based on services already utilized
Special Cases
- Medical Emergency: Medical certificate required. Cancellation charges may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
- Government Restrictions: Due to COVID-19 or government travel restrictions, flexible cancellation policies apply.
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest may qualify for full refunds.
- Membership Plans: Special cancellation terms apply for annual membership plans.
Important Notes
- No refunds for unused services once the tour has commenced
- Airline tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies
- Hotel bookings may have different cancellation policies
- Visa fees are generally non-refundable
- Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost
